  • We live in Fairfield, NJ and recently developed a bed bug problem. I was worried that we'd have to throw away all the beds, furniture, and cloths. The owner Jay was great about going over the whole heat treatment process and I was relieved to hear we'd be able to keep our belongings. They also don't use chemicals which is great for my pets and kids. We barely needed to do anything in terms of prep work, just remove some heat sensitive items on their list sheet. Other places we called were telling us we'd need to have all our clothing dry cleaned, washed and bagged, or to just throw away our stuff. I don't think so. We had the treatment done on a week day, so the family went to work/school and when we got back home the whole process was done. Their heat machine was pretty impressive. It's been about 2 weeks since we had the treatment and we've been bed bug free since the day they showed up. They also do a 30 day guarantee, but I don't think we're gonna need it. Bottom line is these guys were great. They killed our bed bugs in one day just like they said they would. I'd definitely recommend them if you have bed bugs and live in new jersey! Thanks NJBBK!
